  • “The owner surpassed all my expectations. I discovered Jessica's site quite by accident and she had a piece of furniture that I had been looking for. She immediately responded to my inquiry and I made an offer which was accepted and started working on the transportation piece. Somehow she moved heaven and Earth and less than 24 hours after I contacted her about this piece of cool mid century furniture, it was sitting on my front porch. The driver had covered hundreds of miles to bring it to me and I was just astonished at how carefully it was wrapped and how smoothly everything went. This woman will go the extra mile, literally. I wish I had someone like her when I was going through my grandparents' home cleaning it out of years worth of antiques and valuables. She was completely transparent about the process, all costs, and prepared a bill of sale and showed me a picture of the item being loaded onto the van for transportation. We were on the outer edge of her service area and our and her teams schedules weren’t lining up, but she went to great lengths to help us out and get things organized to help us out. We discussed goals of profit versus motivation to move things out. The difficult process of cleaning out a family home was made much easier by her and her team’s compassion, kindness and genuine interest in all the “treasures”’ in the home. In a week, a home that been collected in for 45 years was totally empty, a task we thought impossible. Payment was prompt and there was no up front cost as she was willing to work out taking fees from the sale income. Highly recommend!"
